  • Is MOKKOJI KOREA free?
    Yeah, it's totally free. MOKKOJI KOREA 2024 has prepared various exhibitions and experience programs related to Korean lifestyle and culture, as well as concert with K-pop artists.
  • Can I participate in the all events and programs even if I am not from the Focus Country (Hungary)?
    MOKKOJI KOREA welcomes all people from around the world regardless of nationality, gender, and age! All programs on the event venue are also free and open to the public. So we ask for your heartful interest and support.
  • How do I buy the concert ticket?
    Concert tickets are free and an advance application is needed.

  • I have lost the concert voucher. Is it possible to reissue it?
    The ticket winners can download the voucher from the website at any time.
  • Can I take photographs or film a video of the concert?
    It is allowed to take a picture with mobile phones, but it is not allowed to take a picture of the concert using professional devices above DSLR. You may be restrained by the on-site staffs if you attempt to film the concert with professional camera equipment. The artists’ performance is subject to copyrights and portrait rights, so please be careful.
  • Can I bring the food and beverage to the event venue? Are there any restricted items?
    Food and beverages in the concert venue must be restricted. However, you may bring up to two unopened bottles of water or sports drinks, each 500ml or less.
    And items classified as dangerous goods or belongings that may cause inconvenience or threat to others may be restricted.
  • Is parking available?
    It is unavailable to use parking at the Budapest Park, so please use the public transportation.
  • What should I do in case of an emergency in the event venue?
    There are staffs located throughout the venue. In case of an emergency, please contact the nearest staff.
  • I signed up for the MOKKOJI KOREA website before the website was renewed. Do I have to sign up again?
    The website has been renewed, so please proceed with the new registration.
  • I forgot my ID. How can I find it?
    Please contact the website administrator. You may retrieve your ID after going through an identification check. Please inquire via the email address below. (mokkojikorea.info@gmail.com)

  • How can I delete my account?
    After logging in to the MOKKOJI KOREA website, please go to [My Information – Change Information – Withdrawal from MOKKOJI] in the top right corner to delete your account. Your careful consideration before withdrawal is requested as your account information cannot be recovered. Please check the instructions below before withdrawing.
    ※After the withdrawal, since your account information will have been deleted, identifying the owner of the post is difficult, and arbitrary deletion is not possible.
